“One of the worst experiences I've ever had in all my life, with the incompetent dentist, that can't lead her staff correctly. So, before I came to the clinic, I called for an appointment, and I insisted to have the consultation with the main dental surgeon their, Dr Safae Morjan. I was very excited to meet her but unfortunately, I got disappointed by the staff that were unprofessional. As I said above I insisted to have the consultation with the main dentist, all of sudden they took me to a place and they said, "oh the dentist will come to see you and after that you can meet Dr Morjan". I got confused in what these people were trying to do! No explanation was given..Anyway at the reception, the lady said 300dh because the dentist did some small X ray beside the one that I paid. I got shocked and then I said no the dentist hasnt carried out any X ray !! So they said ah ok so it's 200dh after that I said please can you give me the X Ray results that I paid for, she said oh no the machine and the printer are not working and we need the ink (funny people) and you need to wait for 2 to 3 hours..I said look either you give my X Ray results or my money back and they quickly somehow found ink and gave me the X ray results sheet. The problem is very simple, when it comes to someone "famous", you try to show the world that your the goto dental surgery, but in fact when I walked in and waited, I just met a dishonest bunch of staff, you should take this advice improve your service for the regular Moroccan and remove this colonial mindset that the French have imprinted unfortunately on the mindset of alot of our society Just a little advice to take on board before you try to do this to someone else in Morocco Thanks”
