“The hotel was lovely but what stood out to me was the hotel staff. On multiple occasions the staff went out of their way to help me. But most notably when I was sick: I requested bottles of water at 06:00, they were left outside my room as requested. Then when I hadn't left my hotel room until 18:00, they called my room to check if I was OK. I requested some plain bread and bananas which was brought to me. If it wasn't for this I would have eaten nothing all day. This touched me as it felt like even though I was very far from home and by myself for work, that there were people there to look out for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the whole team for their phenomenal professional and personal service. À la prochaine, inchallah! - 103”
“My first time to stay here and I’ll be back here again. Mainly due to the team members that made me feel right at home. Genuine Moroccan hospitality. Special thank you to Monsef that was always in the right place at the right time, not only for me but other guests too.”

“We had an ant infestation (see attached video) and we didn't receive any help from the staff. We asked if we could switch rooms and were denied. The manager insisted the ants were coming from the patio even though they were obviously coming from multiple spots in the wall. They offered to spray some pesticide inside which we obviously declined. We were pretty baffled with how it was handled. In addition to the ant problem, the property simply isn't a 5 star hotel. Our bed was rock hard, the bed sheet barely covered the mattress and would frequently expose raw mattess, the towels had holes, the curtain was broken, the wifi didn't work, the spa was closed, the indoor pool was closed, and room service food (up charged) was delivered cold. Although some of these sound minor, at a price point of 200 euro a night you expect better. Our other hotels and roads from our trip were much cheaper and didn't have any of these issues. Id like to end in a positive note in that the staff were very kind and helpful besides the ant incident. They were quick to help with luggage and arrange some rides for us. However, this isn't enough to make up for the terrible quality of the place itself.”
