“The shop seems successful as it is always busy. The service is very fast like chain work, it is very difficult for the customer to ask questions or make sure he gets what they want. They never answer the phone for customer service, so if you want post sale assistance, good luck! So if you are not close by, impossible to get a hold of them. I got two new tires, i travelled from another city just for the good service, but was let down. The new tires had a manufacturing issue and had to send a family relative living in rabat to give them the phone so that I can talk to them, just so that they tell me they cannot do anything. Total money wasted: 4700 dhs. The tires are less than 2 months old, 2000 km. Be careful!!”
