“My recent visit to Bricoma was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of a supervisor on the first floor, ( he refused to share his name but his area of responsibility was on the 1st floor on Wednesday 8 of may), While browsing for products for my new house with my mother, I needed assistance with opening some safes as they were all locked. Despite my attempts to politely seek help, the supervisor ignored me completely, which was incredibly frustrating. Knowing that the store was almost free of clients. When I finally managed to grab his attention, his response was far from satisfactory. He was dismissive and rude, engaging in argumentative behavior instead of providing the assistance I needed. He responded exactly like this : ( OMG you scared me!!! You could at least say salam alikom) i was laughing because i thought he was joking but he was not!! I mean what kind of man gets scared of a lady’s voice who’s 3 meters away from him? Is he even a man ? I don’t know?! His attempt to blame me for "scaring" him was not only unprofessional but also uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially by someone in a supervisory position. Unfortunately, the behavior of this supervisor fell short of these expectations and left a negative impression on my overall experience at Bricoma and did not buy anything of course thanks to this one. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents are not repeated in the future.”

“Very bad service. This the second time I came with my wife to purchase some product for my house since I am living abroad, but really I found out no cooperation, no support from your staff. I asked one of your staff for the product price but she rudely motioned me only by her hand to move to another staff member. This was unacceptable, which forced me by their attitudes to leave the Bricoma store.”
