“The first time we came here, we ordered two Nutella crêpes and two coffees. After a long wait, only one crêpe arrived, and the second came much later with no apology. We decided to give the place a second chance, but unfortunately the experience was even worse. Our bill was 78 DH, yet the waiter entered 88 DH on the card terminal, adding extra charges without explanation. It’s not about the money, it’s about honesty, respect, and professionalism. I used to be a loyal O ´caprices customer, but after these experiences, I can’t recommend this place. If a manager sees this review, I would appreciate being contacted.”
