“My experience at Restaurant Marea was excellent from start to finish. The restaurant offers a refined and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful seaside touch that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. The dishes are crafted with great attention to detail, showcasing fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. Each plate is elegantly presented, and you can feel the quality in every bite. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. A perfect spot in Rabat for anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a stylish setting”
“I wanted a soup to break my Ramadan fast today after having harira this week. I usually don’t like seafood soup but I really loved this one. It had plenty of seafood. It was well seasoned and had vegetables. They prepared everything for me to go and added a homemade warm bread and delicious Moroccan vegetables as side dishes.
“My father and I had a lovely time at the restaurant. We were well looked after and enjoyed the food. We had some fantastic prawns and a tajine each. We were very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. The staff spoke English very well, the restaurant was incredibly clean and it was nice to see an open kitchen. If we are back in Rabat we'd defintely come again.”
“Absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the spicy shrimp to start with and then got the seafood paella. I wished my stomach couldn’t process I was full because I wanted to keep indulging myself in the delicacies. All of the people working there were super friendly and outgoing and made it feel as if you were family. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!”
“We came across this restaurant while wandering with my family. The food was good, and the staff were very accommodating, even bringing extra coloring sheets for the kids. The dishes were well prepared, although a few of the shrimp hadn’t been deveined, which brought my review down by one star. The platter I ordered also included two very small pieces of swordfish, which made the added cost feel unjustified given the portion size. The dessert was fantastic, and I’d definitely go back to give it another chance at a full five stars.”
“I’m so happy to find this place. My meal was delicious. The restaurant is away from the touristy and trendy areas so the prices are reasonable. Many people were dining here at lunch time on Saturday, but I was seated without waiting. I had the fish soup, fish tajine, lemonade, and panna cotta dessert. I ate way too much yet everything was so tasty, including the bread and sauces served before the meal.”
