“I had a very disappointing experience at Level Up Russian Salon. I arrived on time for my appointment but was kept waiting for one hour and a half with no proper explanation or apology. After all this waiting, they told me they did not have the product needed to perform the service. This shows a lack of organization, professionalism, and respect for clients’ time. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.”

“I had the most frustrating experience at level up salon!!I made an appointment in advance, but when I showed up, they kept telling me the technician would be "ready in 10 minutes" over and over again. No apologies, just a completely dismissive attitude. When I asked why there was such a delay, they casually told me that this is "very normal" and that delays happen. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If you can't manage appointments or communicate properly with clients, don’t take bookings you can’t keep. After wasting my time there with no clear explanation or apology, I walked out. Won’t be coming back!”
