“Really really Ryde to patrons. The cashier lady told us the system was down and she couldn't help. Asked if there's another place close by we could go to and she said the system is down all across the city. Searched for another location that was a 5 minute walk away and they were able to serve is with no qualms whatsoever. I still don't understand why she lied 🙄”
