The massages were divine, performed by skilled and attentive professionals who perfectly targeted my needs. The facials and body treatments were equally exceptional, leaving my skin soft and revitalized. After the treatments, I relaxed in the resting room, where I enjoyed a delicious herbal tea while soaking in the tranquility of the place. In summary, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. It is a true haven of peace where one can recharge and forget the stresses of daily life. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a moment of pure relaxation and well-being. I will definitely return without hesitation!”

“Quick and attentive response from the spa receptionist. It really is a very clean, modern place with a good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional. In the waiting room there is very light music and at the end of your session they offer a delicious coffee. I felt very well cared for.”

“Very disappointed. They charged my husband 300DH for my so called sauna, massage and hammam service when I never got a sauna or massage service. I have no complaints about the hammam itself or the employees but definitely about the so call services that were provided. However my husband said Moussa was amazing and his experience was great. He got the hammam service for 200DH I wished someone had asked me about what package service I wanted they just assumed I wanted the "Royal package"”

“What a shame! I always liked going to this place. Not anymore, but here is why: I always book a reservation for a regular Hamam with Moussa and always get the best service from this gentlemen. But this time I made a reservation with my wife and we went on time at 1 pm hoping to get the expected service as always. To my surprise a lady who is not the manager tells me that someone else is getting a hamam with Moussa and that I had to wait until they’re done. I asked why? The lady said well because they were a little late and they didn’t have a choice. My wife had the same issue since they didn’t have someone for her hamam either. To my knowledge this defeats the whole purpose of a reservation. Unless if I’m wrong. The lady in the front desk was not a manager and nothing to do with the bookings. All she said is that it’s not her fault and there is nothing she can do. My wife spoke to the manager Yusra and Nouhaila. They couldn’t handle the situation or find any solution. Yusra even had the audacity to yell at my wife over the phone telling her to stop talking. At the end no solution was given and no manager or owner showed up or apologized. Zero respect for the customers. If you’re not going to be professional to correct a situation you’re responsible of, at least talk nicely and handle a customer’s frustration ethically instead of adding unnecessary pressure to the situation If you’re going to open your doors for customers, make sure you take care of them. It’s supposed to be a relaxing environment right? And to our knowledge their motivation to ignore this matter was that the people they took inside instead of us had a 450 Dhs pack. When ours is just a basic 200 hamam. I guess a reservation doesn’t matter as long as you pay more. If I had the chance to go somewhere else and get the same service Moussa gives I would. If Moussa opens a spa one day I would be happy to book a reservation. But this place doesn’t deserve my money for the treatment and lack of care I received from those people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!”

“A very nice place and clean ..I had the royal package and the hamam was nothing else did it with mousa to be honest the best experience I ever had in Morocco but unfortunately the massage was terrible the massage therapist was a lady in a rush she only did 10 minutes and she said she is tired and the package was 30 minutes..I recommend the basic package for hamam experience”
