“This is an absolutely beautiful Riad, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The Riad is run by Amelle who is the most super efficient host I have ever had. Your five star journey starts with her from the minute you make your booking, and continues until you leave the Riad. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is so helpful, even at times when you don’t expect it. Her purpose is to make your stay a very special and memorable one, which she achieves on what seems an effortless level because of the beautiful soul she is. Attention to detail is second to none…. Everything thought of… every request actioned to the highest standard. Her responsiveness on WhatsApp is also quick and efficient. The staff in the Riad are kind and helpful too. The food they made us for dinner and for breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend dinner and breakfast at the Riad. The chauffeur company Amelle uses for airport transfers were always on time and courteous. What an amazing weekend we had! One that we will remember forever!”

“The space is so beautiful and bright but the best part is Amalle, the host. She went above and beyond to organise us transportation, affordable delicious breakfast put together every morning by the sweetest staff, a dinner and spa treatments right next door. She even helped out with our luggage the airline lost (easyjet) and helped us get back a coat that was left in one of the rooms. The home is also in a perfect area, just on the cusp of the medina so it was easy to find and walking distance to the action inside and close to museums and good restaurants but still quiet and not too touristy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large and well air conditioned (thank goodness). I don't normally feel compelled to right reviews but this was a really special stay! Amazing space for groups of friends or several families!”

She went above and beyond for our group of nine, from greeting us late at night to preparing a phenomenal three-course dinner that was ready exactly when we needed it. “Amelle is an exceptional host who offers full concierge services and takes wholesome care of her guests. Her Riad Chamade is a beautiful home with authentic Moroccan design, tasteful furnishings, lot of family get-together space and modern conveniences. She sent trusted taxi/chauffeur services to airports (even to Casablanca), received us in person like family. Her staff cooked us great dinner and breakfast whenever we requested, even took care of our laundry and kept the beds made and rooms/bath cleaned and stocked every day. She provided us great tips on how to plan our trips in Medina and around, provided immediate chauffeur services whenever we wanted to go to a restaurant or a tourist spot. She provided five star services, accommodations, food and we felt like we were part of her family! We were able to enjoy our vacation with complete trust and safety with her and felt like we were at home! We would love to stay with Amelle any time!”
