“The hospitality is unmatched. I felt a bit like I was imposing, but our host was warm and welcoming. The room could use a bit more air flow, but they allowed us to use the mini-split. Take a cold shower if you are hot natured like me. We slept in some of the finer hotels in Rabat, and some of the oldest beds south of Rabat and the bed we slept in here was the BEST! It relieved all of my aches and pains. شكراً لك، وبارك الله فيك Merci beaucoup!!!”
“I had an amazing experience at the hotel and the staff and breakfast was delightful I booked a extra night because I was too up set to go home, definitely will be back”
“This is an honest review about this hotel/riad and want all of you reading to take this as a word or warning.|Me and Parents booked this place on bookings.com back in 2019 pre covid. that was our first visit and we stayed for here for a week. The service was average at best. The riad has a very gloomy feel to it. The bathroom in our room had a broken tap and the shower drain got blocked on the second use. We had to complaint 3+ times to get it unblocked and working again. The staff girls do their best with the resources provide so kudos to them.|Coming to the main problem of my review, the owner of Riad, Stephane Constantin come across as a very friendly person but the truth is far from it. In February 2020, I booked the riad again for a few nights and it costed 594 Euros and I happily made the payment as a bank transfer which I still have the proof for till today. Due to the covid situation, Moroccan government took blocked any incoming flights. Upon knowing I contacted Stephane who in the start promised me to return the funds very soon but to this day I haven't had my funds back. I have only this review as a place to share my story. I am not expecting him to pay me back at all but I wanted to share my story with all of you who are considering to stay here. Make sure you don't do a bank transfer and use a payment method where you can get a refund if something like this happens.|Have a great holiday to all those who read this review.|Take Care.|”
“Best terrace and breakfast in Sale, highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy stay”
“Very nice place. It's situated at the perfect place - near public transport but not noisy. Near rabat but not in the noisy capital and close to the beach 🏖. This was the nicest host I have ever met who also speaks 4 languages French, Arabic, English and Spanish. The rooms are big but what I didn't like was that it's a one room and the bathroom is separated with just a cloth. The cleaning was perfect. The breakfast is good, although not a very great variety to choose from. The view from the balcony is perfect. Even though it's not the best hotel experience I don't regret it at all.”
“I absolutely do not recommend booking with this Riad. I have booked it 1.5 month in advance and paid upfront, and IN THE MORNING OF THE CHECK-IN I received a cancellation, as attached on the image. I do not wish anybody to be put in the situation I'm in because of this, and I don't know how owners could be so unprofessional and do something like that.”
