“Solidarity restaurant is for the good cause of supporting people with mental/intellectual disabilities. The most delicious chicken tagine we had during our 5-day trip for a shockingly good price (we were charged 150dh for the whole table, I mean come on). They fried the chicken first so the skin was crispy. And then they stew the chicken together with the veg/spice sauce. That sauce was so good that I was curious how they made it. I could taste zucchini or aubergine in the sauce. I appreciate their cooking because I know they paid attention and they put love in the dish. I'd recommend all tourists who's visiting salé medina for a stop here as the location was very central. The only thing that was a bit suspicious at the beginning, which I'd suggest the manager for improvement - We weren't given any menu at the beginning, and we weren't told the price for the things we were about to get. It was a hotel-like building that looks high-end from the outside, and it can be very intimidating for tourists to enter if they don't know it's a restaurant. Maybe get a blackboard outside with "today's menu & price" would be helpful. I think they have good dessert too but we didn't try those. Very clean toilets. I paid in cash for my visit.”

“Strolling through the media area of Sale we found this lovely oasis, lovely attentive staff, a great place for coffee. They have an extensive menu of Moroccan food but we had only just had breakfast.....”

Excellente accueil de tous les employés, nous avons même eu le droit à une visite guidée des lieux pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'établissement. La nourriture est excellente, mention spéciale au tajine de poulet ainsi que la pastilla ;-) Le service est impeccable, personnel sympathique. Les prix sont abordables pour la qualité des produits. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !”
