“I recently visited Royal Burger and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
The biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and cleanliness. Many tables were dirty and remained uncleared for a long time, while staff members appeared disorganized and were often walking around without attending to customers or cleaning duties.
The kitchen area looked crowded and chaotic, with little sign of clear organization among the employees. I was also concerned about hygiene practices, as some food handlers were not wearing proper hair coverings typically expected in a food preparation environment.
As for the food, the burger was disappointing. The meat seemed overly watery and lacked good flavor, and the sauce did not improve the overall taste. The serving plate was in very poor condition, showing significant wear and visible cracks, which gave an unpleasant impression.
The restaurant’s decoration and interior design were actually quite nice, but unfortunately the quality of service, cleanliness, food preparation, and presentation overshadowed the positive aspects of the atmosphere.
Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made in hygiene, staff training, and food quality.”

“After reading the previous reviews I decided to opt for a veggie pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I was the only customer due to Ramadan the dough was fresh and the topping was generous. I ordered the small and was glad that I did as it was very big for one person.”

“★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience at Royal Burger
I’m really shocked by how bad this place has become. The food was terrible — it looked and tasted like it was already made before and just reheated. The seafood was disgusting, especially the crevettes, which were old and had a bad smell.
Even worse, there were insects on the seats! That’s completely unacceptable for any restaurant. We couldn’t even finish our meal because everything felt unhygienic and poorly handled.
I definitely do not recommend Royal Burger — save your money and go somewhere cleaner and more professional.”

“The worst service ever, the staff was not even close to be friendly specially the cashier and our male waiter, for two drinks we had to wait for 45 min though the place was empty when we arrived we ordered two ice coffee caramel witch is 40dh watch, and we were informed while ordering that it will be 60dh because ether is a show and I assumed it was the minimum spent, when we were ready to leave I asked for the bill witch he refused to provide but I insisted, they gave me the first bill with different items tacos and juice (80+40dhs) , I refused to take as it was not what I ordered and it felt like a scam I asked to change it but he refused to talk to me and asked me to go to the cashier , the waiter was wost than the waiter and she was sooooo rude no matter what I explained to her she had not even the standerd skills for a customer service representative, I explained that what they do is considered scam and theft, and food should not be mentioned in the bill since I did not order it, at the end a nice hostess tried to interfere but it was not enough to undo the damage, as the rest of the team has no skills to Handel customers. I will not come back neither recommend the place. And if I could put no star I would.
