“I went to this salon for a simple nail color as my nails were already pretty clean and shaped. The staff is just hands down HORRIBLE!! They treated me very badly although we had already called and scheduled an appointment beforehand. The person who was supposed to do my nails kept rushing and treating me very very very badly. When I started crying, she kept laughing with her colleagues and then the “manager” asked me to stay as I was going to leave and promised that she’ll do my nails instead for free. With that being said, they only swapped the woman and the manager didn’t do anything (I still had to pay for the mid - can do the same job at home, work) The second woman STILL treated me badly but I stuck as I had stuff to do afterwards and needed my nails done. I had 200 MAD on me and the salon didn’t have any change; they told ME to go outside and get some change to pay the fee then the person who did my nails told a hijabi staff to accompany me and if I “steal” and run away with the money then it will be deducted from her salary. This was said in front on my face. Hands down the WORST salon I have ever been to.”

“Very bad experience I had the staff are very rude with the client I have gone for manicure she put scrub and she told me ur have to scrub by ur self then she said it over u have to pay now and she give tissue paper to wipe my hand after I finished I asked where is the garbage she took it and throw it on top of my slipper I went and I complained they treated me tooo badly they were shout too at me as I’m not French speaker then they told me to leave we won’t do ur nails and eyelashes extension they are very bad”

“Always full, they don’t have appointments so no need to bother with going and wasting your time. Also the receptionist is very rude, you’ll have to put so much efforts to get an answer and She’s not welcoming at all.”

“I went there to do my eyelashes the girl there wasn’t good I got the glue in my eye and I got tears in my eye and she’s got off 😕other then be sorry she showed me bad face that’s my lost time for me there I will pay more money than go there first thing for it’s the welcome place not this bad behavior”
