“I went in today for a facial, manicure and pedicure. I was looking forward to go - seeing the good reviews and photos of the salon/spa. The facial was fine, it left my skin nice. But the girl who did my facial was eating chips before she started, I could smell the chips when she started putting product on my skin to start the process. I’ve never experienced a facial that has hurt so much - and I’ve gotten many facials before. This same girl was rough doing my pedicure and didn’t want to paint my nails. I told her the color I wanted and did my best to explain I wanted my nails colored, that’s why I went to the salon. I just got a look - as in she didn’t want to. I was waiting 30 minutes or more for someone to attend to me after a lady, who did a great job exfoliating my feet. I just saw all the staff wonder around doing nothing. I was shocked to see how this salon was. They put a basic, facial scrub on my feet and hands that I could’ve done myself at home. I was here for 3 hours, leaving unsatisfied and without my nails painted because the girl couldn’t get the task. I should’ve just went to the local nail salon in the neighborhood. I’m livid the experience I had. It did not meet my expectations- I had very high expectations of the salon but realized many things the 3 hours I was there. Even though the owner was super nice when I arrived, listened to my complaint, and told me to come back - I rather not step foot and see her employee that made me very, very upset. The owner has a beautiful salon, but needs better staff and more advanced options when it comes to manicure and pedicure. Tomorrow is an important day for me and I walked out upset from this place. I wish the owner had been there when all that was happening. I don’t mind paying for what I need to pay to get the full service. Money isn’t the issue - but this experience was not worth it.
