“English below 👇 تجربة سيئة جدا للأسف !! تعامل صفر. خذيت رونديڤو للوحدة دالنهار، ريحت كانتسنى فالطبيب يجي حتال الخمسة د العشية !!! بدون أي اعتذار، تواصل منعدم مع المريض. التقطيرة لي دارو ليا باش يشوفو شنو عندي فالعين داروها بدون اي شرح للتأثير ديالها علي، حيث مع درتها كاتبان ليا الدنيا مضببة، سولتهم امتى غايتحيد هاد الخير قاليا ليا يومين !!! ياك المرضيين ؟ وانا لي عندي خدمة، شنو ندير فيها ؟ نشد عطلة ؟ في الاخير خرجت بجوج تقطيرات.. ماعرفتش شنو كايديرو وو وشنو عندي اصلا !!! وخلصت 300 درهم ! لا أنصح !!! ____ An extremely poor experience, unfortunately!! Total lack of professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, but I sat there waiting for the doctor until 5:00 PM!!! All of this happened without a single word of apology, showing a complete lack of communication with patients. To make matters worse, they administered eye drops to examine me without explaining their effects beforehand. As soon as they put them in, my vision became completely blurry. When I asked when this effect would wear off, they casually replied, 'In two days!!!' Are you serious? I have work to do and services to deliver—what am I supposed to do, take a sudden leave of absence? In the end, I was prescribed two different eye drops without any explanation of what they are for or what my actual diagnosis is!!! And for all this, I paid 300 DHs!"”
