“We stayed here as part of a tour and it was a horrible experience. The rooms were fine other than the ants in the beds and the shower not clean at all. The hotel staff overcharged us for drinks since we were tourists and then later accused us multiple times of stealing water and beer (we did not, we don’t even drink beer). Staff is rude, unhelpful, and relentless towards tourists.”

“We stayed here as a part of a trip from Marakesh to Merzouga. Terrible experience! I’m still mildly traumatised. The food was horrible. The plates and cutlery was dirty and unhygienic. I was scared to eat anything. The rooms are like from 19th century. It’s all broken, carpet and pieces missing, paint spatters. Showers and bathrooms are gross. It should be illegal to take hosts into this environment. You can at least treat them to decent food and clean plates. I wouldn’t come here again ever.”

“A terrible place. If the hotel wasn't the only one with secure parking, I wouldn't have ended up here. Important: don't book through Agoda or Booking! The hotel won't accept your booking and you'll have to go through the hassle of asking for a refund. Cash only. 700 DH for a shabby room is simply too much. Even though dinner and breakfast are included, it's not worth the money. I had the heating on all night in winter, but the room didn't get warm. Worn furniture, windows that didn't close properly and Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area. The hotel mainly accommodates group tours. The only positive thing is the good view of the mountains.”

“One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is outdated, broken, and poorly maintained. The room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. We stayed in March and the room was freezing cold. The heating/AC system barely worked, and getting hot water was a matter of luck. Basic comfort seems completely ignored here. We ended up here through a tour company, but if you have any choice at all, avoid this hotel. It feels neglected and far below what you would expect even from a basic hotel.”

“They room is not very pleasant. The bed and pillows are hard. The comforter had no cover. They provided dinner and breakfast included. The dinner is quite ok. The breakfast was mostly just bread and jam. I don’t recommend unless you really need a place in the area.”

“The best part of the stay was leaving. You can look past the dated and shabby decor (just about) but the cleanliness - no. The sheets were ripped, curtains hanging up by a nail and light switches broken. Shower was filthy so wear flip flops in it. I can't see how the place is running.”
