“One of the worst place I’ve been in Marrakech,I will not recommend it, We wait 90min to have our meals, at the end we were served fakeTajins. We didn’t get our water and tea, yes we got it after finishing our meals, Prices are exaggerated. And I have extra meals on my bill that we didn’t eat, fortunately I double check the bill, Place nice, but staff need training and communication skills to deal with clients, I strongly don’t recommend it especially for foreigners. Be careful”

“The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and beautiful here. It is uniquely nature filled and in a beautiful area sorrounded by amazing flowers and mountainsides. The food we received was very subpar and took an hour to arrive. We are eating vegetarian at the moment and so ordered the salads which were really cold and not fresh. The other food in the restaurant looked and smelled really good however just the vegetarian salads we got were horrible and took a long time to arrive for no reason since clearly they had been sitting in the fridge for days. Once we let the team know what had happened they were very upset to hear it and completely comped our meal. If you want an amazing place to sit with very nice people in the amazing atmosphere of the ourika valley this is the place I just really hope they will improve what is going on with their food (the coffee was actually really good)! And they have a good selection of local cosmetic products to purchase :)”
