“I rented an apartment with my family for the weekend, and we had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s in a new building, on a lively street with everything you need just a short walk away. What I really liked was that the host was always available through phone and the 24 hour reception. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Tangier.”

“the apartment was incredibly clean, which i really appreciated. The water heater also worked very well, which was a plus. The location was convenient as it was right on the boulevard, so it was very easy to go anywhere as taxis are easy to find. “Very very clean and huge apartment!! Had a small issue with the shower and told front desk and by the time we got back from lunch they had already fixed it!! It’s a decent 20 min walk to the main area of Tangier but not bad at all. Highly recommend. Front desk was also very friendly.”

“The host stole my money because I wasn't careful enough. Mistakenly I booked this place from 27-30 instead of 28-31 of December through Booking. I realized this in the morning of the 28th and I called the host immediately. I explained the situation and understood that it was OK if we arrive in the evening. However when we came we were told that the apartment was rented out to someone else and we were denied any refund. Namely, since I haven't shown up the night before, the host was able to cancel my entire booking and keep the money, abusing the Booking rules. The guy at the reception was telling me how poor the service there was in an apparent attempt to get rid of me. I contacted the Booking support and they asked the host for a refund but it was again denied. So I was denied either the service that I paid for or a refund, which is theft. Having been there and having seen how shady everything was I consider myself lucky that I didn't get beaten up. Unfortunately I am unable to leave a comment on Booking because the host cancelled my booking.”
