“We had a wonderful stay! Bushra was incredibly kind, helpful and sweet. Meeting her was a highlight, and she spoke English very well. Our apartment was very large and had incredible Marina views. The location was perfect, and we had no issues walking around and getting to tourist spots. Also the owner drove us to the airport early in the morning at 5am with a reasonable fee. We were so thankful!”

“The location is fantastic, offering a range of flats from premium to economy. Some of these are excellent value for what you pay, while others fall short. We first visited this place last November for a week, and at that time, the staff member who assisted us provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the right accommodation, promptly resolved our Wi-Fi issues, arranged for daily cleaning, and genuinely took care of us, which made us want to return. However, during our recent visit, I was shocked by the decline in service. We were informed that the previous staff member had left the company, and the current staff were quite unprofessional, with poor service. We experienced issues with the TV, and despite being told that a technician would arrive within half an hour, no one came during our entire stay. We also had to go to reception to request new towels as no cleaners attended to our flat. Even after expressing our dissatisfaction, the staff seemed indifferent. It’s a great place to stay, but the staff need to be more professional, and the service needs significant improvement.”

“We were scammed out of 100 Euros which they refuse to pay back. Do not trust this company. The owner has continued to lie and withhold our money. Not to mention the plumbing and cockroach problem of course”

“I was checked in late, the room wasn't ready on time, I waited about an hour. The room is dirty, the bed linen is torn, with holes, there are cockroaches and insects in the room. It is impossible to sleep in the room, it is very noisy from the street, very poor soundproofing, you can hear everything and it is very noisy. The apartment is uninhabitable, dirty, noisy, the toilet in the bathroom is not secured to the floor and moves, the headboard is broken and can fall, it is dangerous. I contacted the apartment administration several times, explained the situation, showed photos to the reception. All my requests, even to change the bed linen, were ignored. I was rudely told that it was my problem and they would not do anything.”
