“Very nice people. We utilized them on multiple occasions—both the ATM which worked beautifully and the bank itself. The first time, the guard put up with my atrocious French until he finally understood that i wanted to make my bills smaller. He let me in and the teller welcomed me. She instantly smiled at me as i tried to explain in French and instantly understood what i was wanting. The second time i went in, the guard remembered me after i explained in French the same as i had before and let me in. I did have to wait longer this time (maybe 15 minutes) to be helped. A women behind the counter acknowledged me and said that the person who could open the money box was coming. After a few more minutes, the director of the bank came out and seemed to indicate that the women should have been in by now and that he would help me. Overall, we had a great experience at this bank.”

“ATM showed error, didn’t dispense money yet claimed it from the account. No receipt printed which makes the dispute more difficult”
