“The hotel’s parking area has about 15 spaces, and if it is full, you have to park outside the hotel. Housekeeping service needs improvement: during my 5-night stay, the room was not cleaned on one day, and the bed sheets were never changed, only rearranged. Another unusual issue was that on one morning there were no eggs available for breakfast, even though there were still two hours left before breakfast ended, and there was also no drinking water provided”
“We like this hotel We stayed there for 4 nights. Good location, good services and staff were very nice. We booked their car to and from airport and summer palace, their driver are very polite. Overall their hotel is improving their services. The breakfast is fine, and the restaurant is quiet. I'll stay this hotel again, and highly recommend.”
“The receptionist was hard to understand, even in french. He spoke to soft. Some confusion about the currency on our part did not help the experience. And he didnt seem all that helpfull. The room itself had been clean but black stains were still visible on the walls. Breakfast was nothing special”
“WARNING TO ALL FEMALE TRAVELERS! This hotel was a real problem from the start. The booking was made mistakenly while holidaying in Morocco thinking it was Ibis Tangier central location. My sister and I tried to rectify the problem on many occasions before our check in but it was just mission impossible to cancel our booking. We tried on the premises as a last attempt once we realised how FILTHY and SMELLY the whole place is. The cancellation page come as "error" every single time even if the information required are: name + reservation number. At 4 o'clock in the morning and having been fast asleep; my sister and I were suddenly awoken by the smashing noise of our door lock closing. I run to the door and opened it to see the back of a tall guy wearing black clothing (We have no idea how long he was inside). He turned back towards me, giving me a dark look as if I was the intruder than continues nonchalantly towards the elevator as absolutely nothing has happened. The first floor corridor was well lit and there was no one else on that long and grabby corridor but him. He did not seem to be checking on any other adjacent rooms. It was too obvious that we were somehow a target as he came straight to our room and went away again. No one else complained about a similar incident in the morning. Astonishingly in this country, not only you give your Passport or Id details to the hotel secured in the booking system with a password...etc But it seems there is an undisclosed GRABBY BOOKLET where they too keep your details in it. And who has access to it ?! Needless to say that my sister and I were both shaky. THERE IS NO HOTEL PHONE IN THE ROOM TO CALL RECEPTION AND ASK FOR HELP. THERE IS NO SECURITY CHAIN OR BOLT INSIDE THE DOOR. Make no mistakes, intruders UNSCUPULOUSLY in this hotel can access your room as they had a spare electronic card to every room. We could not go back to sleep and had all sorts of scenarios unfolding in front of us until the sunrise. In the morning and to our great horror we were told that NOT ONLY reception desk is closed at 11 pm (so even if we cried for help NO ONE WAS there) but ALSO the only person present last night on the premises was the SECURITY GUY. After identifying him, we could not believe that the violator of female guests privacy while fast asleep and possibly intent to some sort of harm was the very one in charge of guests security!!!!”
“The Rooms are shokingly small. But the main problem for us was that whether it's the wc or shower , none has a lock . I mean a small latch shouldnt hit a budget hotels pocket so much. Also the blinds in the room couldn't be closed at all. So not a great experience for me personally even thoith I am a great fan of ibis business hotels and have been their guest in different locations. Hopefully we are the onoff case here and this is not the general situation of everyone here.”
“The rooms were had a bad scent it smelt like a dead rat, they refused to change the room, me and my children 9 all together had to squeeze into 1 room as they refused to provide us with 2 different rooms. They also have lied that there will be shampoo and tooth brush and toothpaste which was no where to be seen.”
