“What a disappointment this big store is. There are plenty of very fine things to buy here, but the young staff are so lazy that they cannot be bothered to help or even acknowledge a customer when they are shopping. Every person working there is sitting behind a counter or desk fiddling with their phones laughing at inane videos or scrolling. If you ask for help they become very obviously irritated at being interrupted by a customer. They cannot be bothered to explain the details of any product. I wanted paint so obviously I required help but the young man was so miffed at having to put down his phone to mix paint for me and was irritated by my questions. The store was not busy on either Saturday or Sunday when I visited so I cannot imagine that they will survive if they continue down this path. Obviously, management should be made aware of this bad behavior and address it. I cannot recommend this store.”
