“If you're looking for an authentic Moroccan meal in Tangier that goes beyond the typical tourist experience, Kebdani Restaurant is an excellent choice. From the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The meal began with a beautiful spread of traditional Moroccan salads, fresh bread, and olives, followed by flavorful tagines that showcased balance and restraint rather than overwhelming spice. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and each dish had its own distinct character. The seafood tagine was vibrant and aromatic, while the chicken tagine with figs, apricots, and almonds perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavors without becoming heavy. What impressed me most was the quality of the cooking. Many restaurants in the old medina rely on bold seasoning to create impact, but Kebdani lets the freshness of the ingredients shine. The flavors were layered, nuanced, and thoughtfully composed. It felt like food made with care rather than simply following a recipe. Don't skip dessert. The crème brûlée was silky with a perfectly caramelized crust, the lemon tart was bright and refreshing, and finishing the evening with traditional Moroccan mint tea and almond biscotti was the perfect ending to a memorable meal. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and one of the most refined dining experiences we've had in Tangier. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely incredible authentic dining experience! From start to finish everything was amazing! Every server was so friendly and helpful! Loved the complimentary appetizer and bread at the beginning and the dessert and mint tea! My favorite was the homemade sangria! By far the best sangria I have ever had; even if it was “sin alcohol” lol I highly recommend this place if you want to try the local food!”

“The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. The food is extremely delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I had chicken tagine and cream salmon and shrimp. They were both wonderful. Soufiane served me. He was very friendly and recommended that I try my special drink. It was extremely delicious! He made me feel very comfortable.”
