“Visited their restaurant- warm and courteous staff . Their free tapas like item had mushrooms and was so rich and delicious that I would have loved to try their mushroomwarma but it wasn’t available. Their salad and golden delight food was flavorful and delicious. It had a relaxing atmosphere on the terrace which made it all the more enjoyable”
“I am obsessed with this place! It’s tucked away in the medina and feels like a literal secret garden. Every corner is an aesthetic dream. Big shoutout to the staff because their hospitality is unmatched. They are genuinely the kindest people ever, so warm and helpful. If you’re in Tangier, you need to visit just to experience the atmosphere. 100/10 recommend”
“Found first vegetarian restaurant in Morocco and we were happy to find this gem close to our hotel. We ordered maze platter that included pumpkin puree, peas purée and vegan cheese. Kofta platter was good. Great Ambience and nice food.”
“It’s a shame to leave a 1 star review of a place I was so looking forward to trying. I went to NBTA last week with my parents. The place Itself is beautiful and I have been dying to try out their menu as a vegetarian living in Morocco. When it was time to order the waiter told me the item I wanted to order was unavailable, okay I will go for something else. Actually it turned out 3 of the mains were unavailable. This was disappointing because I had come to try out moroccan dishes that I’d never tried because they are meat based. Okay change of plan I’ll take a sandwich. We put in our order and 20 minutes passes. The waiter then comes back and says actually my sandwich is ALSO not available. This would’ve been a smart moment to give up on the place and just say it’s not a good day for their kitchen and I’ll try coming back another time. Foolishly I decided to change my order again and this time I only asked for a cake. Another 40 minutes passes…no drinks, no food, no apologies for the wait. When the food and drinks eventually come out it is way over an hour since our first order went in. My mum has ordered the vegetarian kefta, my dad - jhawha. My cake is nowhere to be seen so I remind the waiter. Whilst I’m waiting for my cake I try my mums ‘kefta’ which spoiler alert…not good. The kefta was very oily and the sauce was disappointing. Maybe whoever is in charge of making the menu isn’t vegetarian? My (non vegetarian) mother in law makes me vegetarian Moroccan food to a much higher standard. My cake…never arrives and we leave hungry, like we just wasted an afternoon and paid 300dhs for it 💀 I am not a fussy person but if you’re charging high prices, a beautiful building isn’t enough, you need better service and better food. There was no apology for the mess of a ‘meal’”
“100/100 🫶🏻❤️ this place has soul, the food is incredible. Everything feels fresh and the flavours are rich and the food is nurturing ✨🥰 I will definitely come back for more next time I am around.”
“My favourite restaurant in Morocco so far! As a vegan, this place was such a wonderful find. I enjoyed it so much I went back twice during my stay! My non-vegan friends also loved the food, and the service was brilliant. I will definitely be back soon!”
