“I had a very disappointing experience. The salon does not respect appointment times. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to wait far too long before being seen. The whole point of booking an appointment is to avoid unnecessary waiting. They really need to improve their scheduling and respect their customers’ time.”
