“Booked this appointment for my wife’s birthday, arranged two weeks in advance for Sunday at 2pm. We arrived early and I waited in a nearby coffee shop. An hour after the scheduled time my wife still had not even been seated for a simple blow dry appointment. The booking was confirmed the day before so there was no excuse for the complete lack of organisation or respect for our time. No communication whatsoever, no updates, and no attempt to explain or manage the delay. I also messaged the company afterwards and received no response at all. The level of service was shocking and the communication was non existent. It completely ruined what was meant to be a special birthday experience for my wife. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“I booked throught the phone once arrived the lady told me oh its for pedicure, I clearly explained that its for both mani and pedi. Anyways she got me the specialist, the pedicure was okay but the manicure my god !! The lady had no idea what she was doing I asked for a specific color end up with an ugly color that I dont like at all. The moment I want to pay she started charging me for every single thing ended us paying 1000MAD. This is not normal at all, the service it self was extremly basic and the prives are dubai ones. Never again, there are mich better place, at least if I got what I wanted I would have understood but it was rubsih. Thanks”

“This morning I had a wonderful experience at Le Bristol Spa in Tangier with my sister! The spa is spotless, serene, and the service is top-notch. I had the most amazing hammam experience done by Fatima — she was kind, professional, and made the entire treatment incredibly relaxing and revitalising. I also had a 30-minute massage that melted away all the tension, followed by a flawless blow dry. One of my nails had broken from a previous manicure I got in London, and although it wasn’t part of the original service, they were kind enough to fix it for me at a small additional cost, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff was attentive and welcoming, and the quality of care was exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back in the summer. Highly recommended!”
