“****Beware Fake Reviews*** Alot of the 5 Star reviews are fake!! We were looking for a Hammam to go to, we booked with this company who had high reviews which now, looking at them are fake. The lady we spoke to was very persistent in collecting the money and would not give us the location of the hammam as she said that she will try and find us the closest and best for my family. She informed us that the person giving us the tickets would advise us how to get to the spa and where it is located. She said that we would love the hammam and get the best service. I mentioned several times that I needed a nice place as we are a family with kids, they gave us the tickets and sent us to Imane SPA "Asswak Essalam", please don't get this confused with the other Imane Spa which is by Marjan. The place was dark and dingy, the lady mentioned that the tickets were under the booking of 4 men and not a family. The hammam was a little room, cold and it had a shower head in the room which I've never seen before. The hammam they used the shower head and not the normal bucket etc, the room is not an hammam at all and a little room which was cold and no steam at all. The hammam and massage was meant to be an hour each, however it was over in an hour. My partner and little girl were waiting for us in another room and when they came out they saw 6 men sitting waiting, with no bags etc clearly looking like they weren't waiting for an hammam. Which made them scared, this isn't a family place! I expected this company to know what type of places they send their customers to and going their with a family especially with a young girl is something they should of thought about and not about just earning money!! I'm annoyed and this company I think putting people at risk by sending them to this place! It was my wife Imane who booked, you know the one, where you came to Kitea to collect the money before you told us where we were going.”
