“The place is beautiful inside and they have all the services. No one forced me to use services I didn't want which is good, Hammam was good and quick for 30€ . The girls are beautiful, but some lack the skill to greet and welcome customers. My experience wasn't bad, and I will visit them again.”

“🚫The place offers a proper Moroccan bath (hammam maghribi), and I was really excited to try it since it’s a must-experience here in Morocco. I was nice and respectful to the lady performing the hammam, but I got the sense that she felt disappointed when nothing else happened. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you’re looking for an authentic and purely professional experience, this might not be the best choice.❌❌❌”

“Worst spa I have ever been too . I went a month ago and got a royal spa for 500 dirhams . I paid a high price expecting something special, but what I got was no different from a very basic hammam. No added care. In most places, when you pay extra, they wash and brush your hair ,here nothing. Even regular hammams offer better service. They used cheap soap and conditioner with no quality at all. No proper products, no ambiance, nothing luxurious about it. After the hammam, I expected at least some water or a small refreshment or even just rosemary water for the eyes, which is standard in most places. Instead, I was told to sit down which I did for over 30 minutes. No one checked on me, no one said a word, not even a goodbye when I eventually left on my own.”

“Ok that’s my bad to not read this review in advance. I did massage and not relaxing Massage was sometimes good but also they just did soft stroking many times. And I had to leave in an hour, so I asked them if I can leave there in an hour, and the therapist said “ Don’t worry about it. The massage is 45 mins, and shower is 15 mins” there is no explanation in advance, it was the waste of time for talking about how long it takes to get massage. I asked if I can get until I leave and she said ok, but attitude was not good at all. And also, music was loud, not good for relaxing. No relaxing at all. I recommend the different place”

“Bad experience! Never go! I had gone there to do my manicure and what they just did was not at all worth. Raza was the one who was handling my manicure, we have started with cutting the cuticles, later she soaked my hand in water. After that, when in every other place they clean the nails, here they have just put the scrub on my both the hands with a brush, without even rubbing it, she asked me toh wash my hands. I thought she was going to do it with other cream but very next minute she put some mask of pink colour with a brush and that too not properly (unevenly) after a minute she asked me to wash my hand. The next thing we expect is a good massage of 2 minutes at least but, she had put nail paint on my nails, she did three coats but all were one after another, so result was my nail polish was drying. And at the end when she was trying to put the lotion on my hand the thumb nail paint was getting spoiled (it happened twice) (I think nail paint can put as last step). So finally, she had put some lotion on my hand and made a circular motion on my palms and that’s it! It’s done! Wooosh! 150 dirham for this! A big NO! I can do better than this at home.”

“If I could give this a zero rating I would. The overnight ladies are absolutely useless. I paid 500dh for hammam and then 1 hour massage. Only got 20 mins of the worst massage in the world and the girl had a very bad attitude. All they are interested in is selling women to the customers. Avoid this place and go elsewhere to spend your money.”
