“Great products, but...poor customer service. I arrived 5min early, the security guy screamed at me asking me to stay outside 10min and shut the door strongly. After 20min shopping, i was shocked by the attitude of the cashier lady!!! (The one with hair braids - tresses de cheuveux) She would keep giving you instructions (take your basket, insert your card, take your tickets) no hello, no bye, nothing!! She is the worst i ever met!!”

Compared to Decathlon stores in Europe, I’ve noticed a significant difference in product variety and availability. Many items that are standard in European branches are either missing or frequently out of stock here. Pricing is also becoming a concern, as it feels higher than expected for a store known for affordability. While Decathlon is celebrated globally for its quality, some claim the product quality here does not match the European standard, though I can't confirm this personally. That said, the store does have a good selection for basic sports needs, and the staff is generally helpful. If they address the inventory issues and pricing concerns, Decathlon Tangier could be a much better shopping destination for sports enthusiasts in the area.”
