Banyan Cafe Restaurant

“Today, im here to share my opinion about Banyan restaurant. I have only visited Morocco a few times in my life considering the fact that I study in Canada,and in this few times I’ve always found my way came back to this restaurant,something about it is different from others not talking about the fact that it has one of the best decorations and the most delicious pasta I’ve ever tasted,I love how clean the restaurant is,they also have one of the best service,talking about the service i cant forget to talk about the waiter zakaria,one of the best people I’ve ever met,he has the sweetest soul ever and wont forget all of the times he welcomed me when I come to Banyan.I’d like to thank him a lot for his sweet words and welcoms,A real gentleman. I wish more people knew this restaurant and live the same experience I’ve experienced.”

Bayan Café – Tasty Food, But Service Needs Improvement Bayan Café in the Guiche Ludiyah area of Rabat has potential, but unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. The food itself was quite tasty—the couscous in particular had a great flavor that stood out. The restaurant and bathroom were clean, which we appreciated. However, the service experience was frustrating. Despite being a table of four, we were only served two glasses of laban and two glasses of tap water, even after repeatedly asking for more. The spoons brought to the table were wet and not very clean—we had to wipe them ourselves before using them. All in all, this place could become a great neighborhood spot if they focus more on customer service and attentiveness to guests’ needs. If you visit, come for the food, but don’t expect much in terms of service.
