Sadly, I've stopped going because its philosophy seems to have changed; it no longer feels like a place that puts the consumer first.”

“I recently had a frustrating experience at a coffee shop where the service left much to be desired. After opening my laptop to work, I was told that I should order a drink every two hours. However, just an hour and a half later, a staff member came over with a menu, asking me to order again. This felt intrusive and inconsiderate, especially since I wasn’t given any clear explanationabout their policy upfront. The communication was poor, and it made me feel uncomfortable while trying to work. Unfortunately, this type of service really dampened my experience, and I won’t be returning.”
