“I returned to the clinic after the tooth I had previously paid to fix fell out. I expected professional follow-up, but unfortunately, during the visit, I received comments that I found inappropriate suggesting that I’m not qualified to judge the quality of the treatment and that I should reflect on myself rather than sharing my opinion. I had shared my previous experience with sincere intentions and without any disrespect, but it seems it was misunderstood. I also mentioned that I had spent a significant amount of money on my dental treatment and felt it was fair to request proper follow-up. Sadly, the response I received came across as dismissive. In the end, she did fix my tooth, but I left feeling very bad because of what I heard from her and how she reacted to my previous comment (“I don’t recommend”).”
