“I had a truly disappointing experience at this beauty salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unwelcoming and rude, I was really stressed out as it was my first time leaving my 4 months old baby, who I breastfeed, only moms would understand the amount of stress you have when you leave your baby. Mind you this was the first time i go to a salon after almost 9 months ( i had higher expectations). Anyways i really wanted to feel good about myself and do my brows and hair. Instead i left with a very bad mood. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unwelcoming and rude making the entire visit uncomfortable and far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I understand that i entered in a hurry and full of stress but i called beforehand to let them know i have a small baby so i need to do my stuff quickly. Anyways the moment i walked in they were looking at me like i am an alien maybe it’s my accent or the racism in them.The girl who did my eyebrows was so unprofessional when she finished doing my brows she quickly took me to wash my hair she didn’t even give me a mirror to check if my brows were as i requested till i faced the mirror while she doing my hair and i see this ugly brow shape right on the spot i told her i didnt like the brows shape instead of just fixing my brows she kept trying to convince me that this is (la mode) plus when she did my hair she was so quick and didn’t even straighten my baby hair and when she noticed i wasn’t satisfied with her work she literally ran away and left me there. Thankfully, the manager (i guess) rushed to save the situation she fixed my brows and did my hair as i requested. This left a very lasting negative impression. Note: if you wanna have a good experience speak french or english 🤣”

“Very disappointed. I came first, but they gave priority to someone else and handed me over to a beginner who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I was in a rush, and they wasted my time. When I complained, the owner just made excuses. Not coming back.”
