“I was in a quiet time during the winter so there was miteneance working and I couldn't sleep also the wi fi wasn't good . But the staff were very friendly . Location also and room size and housekeeping was great 👍”
“Great hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.”
“This hotel claims to be 4 star but certainly has a long way to go before it reaches this level. It's ok, I paid less than 50 euros a night for a single which had a queen size bed. The breakfast is ok, quite a variety of food. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The WiFi went down only once during a 3 night stay, we were back online fairly quickly once the front desk had been notified.||||The hotel is located some distance from the centre of town, so if you wish to visit the Medina be prepared for a hike or to take a taxi.||||The restaurant is expensive, I ordered a salad, soup, tea and a bottle of water, it was 17 euros and the daily menu which is 4 course was 18 euros!||||It would not have been my choice to stay here, the local contact arranged the accommodation. I have stayed in much worse for the same price.”

“I stayed at a single room, there's a small refrigerator and a wall mounted A/C unit. Bed is comfortable but when I arrived late at night, the pillows had no pillowcase. I used a bath towel over them. There was no bottled water in the room. 3 Euro to buy. The bathroom was clean, the fixtures in good condition. No view from my room, just a wall. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Very little to do around the hotel. Breakfast average, lots of things but average quality. Also not many savory choices, only hard boiled eggs.”
“I have just returned from what was meant to be a lovely family holiday, this hotel ruined it! This hotel is not 4 star and the manager is a complete and utter liar do not believe a word he says to you!! Food is awful! Breakfast is dried croissants and cheap coffee. I had to beg on a daily basis for towels and when they did come they were dirty. The pillows are rock hard. SThe bathroom was full of damp and cracks all over the floor which you and any kids would catch your feet on (I have taken photos it was so bad) The bathroom cabinet door came off its hinges on first day landing on my foot, no lights near main bed nor in door way to room, but I was happy to deal with all that despite the hefty price tag, what was really shocking was the fact we did not have any hot water for 2 days when I complained I was told it was a technical fault not theirs. I had to go shower myself and my two kids elsewhere. The icing on the cake was when we arrived back at the hotel at 10pm on one day to find loud music playing from a live band inside the middle of the hotel and guests only just arriving, at around 11pm I went down to ask reception how long it will go on for because it is impossible to sleep through. I was told they would finish 12am which I thought was fine despite not being informed when I booked the hotel. 12 am came and went 1am,2am by 3am my children were inconsolable I had to leave the hotel. When I spoke to reception the following day (young blond girl) she said there was nothing they can do. Like there was nothing they can do about the constant scrapping of chairs throughout the night nor the loud parties the other guests had in their rooms until the early hours of the morning. When I said I had to be compensated given I had to leave the hotel on 3 separate days, the manager stated he had not been told about my complaints (despite the two girls at reception telling him in front of me I had complained) he said it had to be in writing and even then given it wasn't his fault personally there was nothing he can do. When I refused to pay for one days stay out of the three I had to go elsewhere I was threatened by the police!!! How this hotel ever got 4 stars I do not know. When you enter the reception area looks 4 star but everything else is definitely not! There are so many lovely hotels around the same area and much closer to the centre that actually let you enjoy your stay and sleep, this hotel is not worth the risk!!!
