“The staff are very helpful and it tries to be a modern western hotel, but it still has someway to go. However, the room was decent, good, controllable air conditioning thay wasn't noisy, makes for a comfortable stay.”

“Great staff! Everyone greets you with a friendly smile. Complete hot breakfast which is convenient and save you from searching for a place to eat before starting your day. There is space to conduct business meetings. Very welcoming pool, n ground parking which is a luxury in Morocco, clean and modern. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommend.”

“Hotel is not a 4stars. Tv doesn’t work. Room is clean but bed is uncomfortable. Front desk staff are very nice. Breakfast is Moroccan style reasonable but they need more help. AC is not sufficient. Noise from street. Lacks basic accommodations such as water drinking bottles, cups and napkins. Okay for one night if you must.”

“When I arrived, the room was a little outdated for a 4 star hotel. But then I met the staff. I have never had a better experience with any hotel in my entire life! Like the porter helping me when I was sick and hardly accepted my tip. They even greeted me on the street when they saw me in the centre and remembered my name. They didn't treat me like a guest, but really like a friend! I hope I'll be back here soon !”

“Upon arrival, I found the room a bit outdated for a 4-star hotel. However, my perception completely changed after meeting the staff. I can confidently say that I've never had a better hotel experience in my entire life! For instance, the porter went above and beyond to assist me when I was sick and even hesitated to accept my tip. Moreover, they warmly greeted me on the street when they saw me in the center and remembered my name. It wasn't just the treatment of a guest, but rather that of a true friend! I can't wait to return here soon!”
