“The location and staff are amazing also the reception place is wonderful. Although I do not know if it’s because we got the last rooms available but the rooms were horrendous, they were very unclean, the toilet were not flushed, the toilet paper was already used and the toilet bin was still full. Also I do have a sensitive skin and it shows when I touch something filthy or unclean, I had red spots that were itchy probably due to the mattress and the unclean sheets. The mat was covered with filth and the floor looked unclean. We booked another hotel for the next day, I am quite disappointed as we don’t ask for a luxurious service, we just want clean rooms.”

“Liked: The look and feel of the hotel captures the Moroccan culture and looked great albeit dated and old and very tired. The rooms were nice to an extent and clean in terms of smell and no body hair etc. The location was great.||Disliked: Everything! The rooms were in a very poor state of affair. Very few things worked, the advert suggests a lot which are all lies so please take the description as lies and believe very little. There are no toiletries, except a toy bar of hand soap. There are no shower gels, there is no coffee and tea making facilities as stated in the description. the toilet seats are broken in the two rooms I stayed in. I booked a room with a Mountain View but got a room with no view except four walls of the inside. The TV remote does not work, the shower does not provide hot water, the water splashes all over the bathroom floor, the floor of the bedroom is dusty so I would advise taking sandals or slippers. The wall plugs don't all work, the shower head cannot be mounted as the holder is broken, the built in wardrobes smell, Said the day manager is not the best and doesn't take any complaints seriously. The bed wasn't comfortable and none of the surfaces were clean at all. In fact, they were disgusting! I had to ask for bath towels and toilet rolls as there were none after checking in! Oh and it was impossible to sleep due to noise at night and very early morning.”

“The Regina Louvre is a Historical Building, And it's located perfectly Central. Staffs at the front desk were helpful when checking me in. Room was modern and comfortable, could Not Hear any Noise and it's a Peaceful place ever. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious with amazing cuisine to choose.Breakfast in the Morning had Huge variety,and Front of the house were staff always friendly. High Recommended Hotel Regina Louvre to anyone looking for a memorable stay.”

“We had a twin room with bathroom and a large terrace. The unit was very pleasant and we loved the views from the terrace. Also, the hotel is conveniently located between the Ensanche and the royal palace. The only problem was that there was no hot (or even warm) water.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina which is situated in the perfect city centre location. Our room was basic and clean and provided excellent value. The hotel has a 24 hour front desk and lift to all floors. All staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke a variety of languages including English, French and Spanish. Will definitely use Hotel Regina again. Thank you.”
