“This is a reasonably priced hotel with amazing mountain views. Location is convenient. Not to far from from the medina or the beach. Rooms are a good size. Restaurant is just downstairs and provides good food. Staff have been really really friendly and helpful. Ayyub in particular was really helpful and spoke very good English which helped. Only down side is that cleaning could be better, maybe they need to consider using a vacuum and pay more attention to details, wiping surfaces and checking sheets are done properly and give shower cubicles a good scrub. Easy fixes. But overall, was actually a good stay, thank you Makarim.”

“I had a disappointing experience at this café. I ordered and paid for two drinks because I wanted to reserve the second seat for a friend who was on the way. Instead of explaining the café’s policy politely, the waiter raised his voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. If the café has a policy against reserving seats, that’s completely understandable, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the food and drinks. I hope the management addresses this issue and reminds the staff to communicate professionally with customers.”

“I am from New York City, and had to be in Tetuan for an event, I 10/10 recommend this place it’s a hidden gem! The management went above and beyond in hospitality, they were so nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a very nice ambiance. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel for great convenience, and there is a scenic mountainous element that takes you away from the business of the city, while still within a mile radius. I had a great time to where I extended it just because.”

“Thank you for the lovely friendly stay and the warm welcome and constant help and ideas for our holiday in Morocco. I’ve given 5 stars for service but the lad at reception deserves 9 stars + Ours was a motorcycle holiday , we were able to park the bike right outside the reception area and there was a security guard on duty. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a great view. Dinner and breakfast was lovely as well.”

“I stayed at this amazing hotel with the most astonishing view in April. I came for a business trip and I was taken by the view to the mountains with the buildings escalating. The staff are very friendly, attentive and always smiling and greeting. The people in this town are friendly, I found it very safe and clean. The single bed was a king-size bed, room was spacious and clean. The house keepers come every morning to tidy up and replace towels. My room also had a mini bar, fridge and a safe. Breakfast was tasty and it was a menu breakfast. The buffet breakfast is usually served during peak summer times. However, I did really enjoy it because it was made to order and you can pick anything you like from there, including omelette, croissants, refreshing fresh orange juice and barrister coffee (had a good kick). The location is ideal especially for a walk along the greenery whilst enjoying the sun, nature and view to the mountains. Only 5-6 drive to the town where you can find diners, cafes, ice cream, soaks, clothes and gifts for families. Will be returning again soon in'sha'Allah. Looking forward to it.”
