“Cute Riad the the middle of the Tetouan Medina. Attractive street, next to second hand market. Staff very helpful and kind, Riad in general little bit dated, but still we had a great stay. And there is hot water, but the tap works wrong way around. Thank you 😊”

“Terrible, terrible experience with Riad Khmisa 👎😵 Please make yourself a favour and stay away. Beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, place is not clean , no hot water in the shower and very noisy at night. The manager of the Riad decided to enjoy himself with quite a few alcoholic drinks on the rooftop the night we stayed at the Riad, played very loud music at 4 am and was clearly oblivious to the fact that people speel at that time. Outside of the Riad at night is very very unpleasant vibe with odd people roaming around. I would not recommend to anyone to stay in this Riad as there are plenty of other nice accommodation options that will not ruin your stay in Tetouan.”

“Stayed at their sister establishment Riad Dahlia but walked to Riad Khmisa for a beautifully meal cooked by the host Wessel. We ate on the roof overlooking the Medina. Fabulous food, great staff, lovely service… a very authentic Moroccan experience. Loved every minute.”
