“I've printed here a few times and the print quality itself is great — no complaints there. The guy who works there is also very nice and helpful. But dealing with the ladies at the shop has been a completely different experience — unprofessional, disorganized, and nothing gets sorted properly. Long wait times every time. I wouldn't recommend going here because of how painful the service side is to deal with, even though the print quality is good.”

“I visited Al Khaleej Printing House in Tetouan to ask about canvas wall printing prices. To be fair, the gentleman at the reception was very kind, friendly, and professional. He smiled, communicated clearly, and genuinely tried to help, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with the lady responsible for canvas printing and pricing was very disappointing. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. She did not maintain any eye contact, kept looking at her computer screen, and spoke in a cold and dismissive manner, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. I came only to inquire about prices, not to argue or cause any inconvenience. Basic respect and proper communication should be standard in any customer-facing business. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, as respectful treatment is just as important as the quality of the printing itself.”
