Their skills, warm hospitality, and welcoming attitude made the whole experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend Hammam Torgan to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic hammam experience. If you have the chance, ask for Oussama and Outman. They are amazing!”

“I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Visiting Morocco from the UK for the first time & I wanted an authentic hammam experience. In Tetouan there’s a very well reviewed “Hammam” featured on Trip advisor that charges £45+ per person & it’s a private or couples experience. There’s also a traditional hammam that charges less than€2 but reviews say you have to bring everything yourself & lay on the floor. I didn’t feel the expensive one was authentic enough or worth that exorbitant cost, & I wanted a more luxurious experience than the €2 one. After reading reviews from people saying they would travel again just for this experience I had to try it here. I found Torgan Hammam the perfect choice. You get an exceptional and authentic experience at a reasonable price with no effort spared for your comfort. The prices are clearly displayed on the menu at the start to make it clear what is offered. I went for their top package, Hammam Ritchi - Extra Royal Torgan: 450MAD, so my review reflects this package. At the time of this review all the prices remain the same as the menu featured on the Google listing. The energy and atmosphere is luxury and decadent, with a big “all girls together” energy. The reception and hair salon is modern, stylish and impeccably clean. It’s comparable to any salon in Europe. When you go for your treatment you enter and undress - they provide you with disposable underwear and a locker for your things - you keep the key with you at all times and the lockers are secure. The entire time you’ll be nude except for the disposable underwear, though I saw some ladies wearing their own underwear so if you prefer this it’s okay - everyone was topless though. If you bring your own make sure it’s not your best pair - they will get soaked through & covered in oils & black soap! You’re taken past the hammam tables where you get a peek of what’s to come - a room with about 5 ladies being scrubbed down from head to toe with delicious smelling concoctions. You sit in the sauna for a while and are then rubbed with a honey and lemon concoction. Rinsed down, you’re then led to your personal hammam table - a heated marble table. This is one of about 5-6 tables all in the same room with other women being treated at the same time. But like a hair salon, you will have your own personal attendant. Don’t expect the silence and whale music of a European salon - there will be lovely conversations, laughing and a fantastic “excited sleepover” energy. You’ll have every inch of you scrubbed and be shocked at the dead skin that comes off! You’ll never be cleaner! Then the magic happens. 45 minutes of complete relaxation as you are smothered in various ointments, creams, scrubs and tinctures. A coffee face scrub and then no muscle is left untouched as you are bent, rubbed, pulled, patted, squeezed and massaged with perfect pressure all while experiencing the gorgeous smells of the products. I felt I truly had an out of body experience with Jamilah. Despite our language barrier she made it clear which way up I was supposed to lie at every stage & checking in the perfect amount. I had my entire scalp, face and body massaged and then my hair washed & conditioned. I’ve been to spas in Europe but I truly feel that Jamilah was a better attendant than any I have had before! The mint tea and water at the end was gratefully recieved and then it was time for my hair styling (included for free with the Hammam Ritchi - Extra Royal Torgan) I have curly hair and despite a language barrier with my stylist I was able to comb my hair with a wide toothed comb and request mousse and the diffuser. When I asked to show the stylist how to dry my curls with minimal frizz she was lovely and understanding and did exactly as I asked and I was very happy with the result!! After coming here I can also confidently say that I would travel again to experience this!! If you aren’t sure which hammam to visit in the area I HIGHLY recommend starting here!!”

I had a full head hair colour and a conditioning treatment and Isra was lovely, she was professional and courteous, also very kind and considerate. She gave great advice and even though there was a language barrier, went the extra mile to help me understand the best options for me. Overall a wonderful service and experience.”

“I have been there with my mom. We took the hammam with the massages included. We loved it! They really listen to us and take their jobs very seriously. We didn’t want the massages because my mom can’t take it and I will get migraines. They respected our wishes and everything went well. That’s my go to hammam here in Morocco. Thankyou dear ladies!”
