“I had a very bad experience, the staff was nice, but the quality of the service awful. I did a semipermanent manicure and pedicure, it hurted me, she cuts my cuticule till I bleeded three times and this is how my nails looks after not even 1 week. And it destroyed also my natural nails, they started to break each day one. I paid 700MAD like 70€ and it doesn’t woth it at all. I do them by myself at home better. Also she used those tools wrong and she cutted too much my nails from the feets and then she looked at me like the nail was broken before”

“The girl who did my nails was very nice and sweet, and I appreciated her service. But overall, the spa is not clean, and the place feels messy. For the price you pay, the atmosphere and cleanliness don’t match the standard you’d expect. They really need to work on their image, because while some staff are lovely, the overall environment takes away from the experience. I was willing to go for hammam but now i don’t recommend it at all”

“Price is super high compared to the quality its my wife went there and she came back crying because of the bad service they had especially with the hairdresser if you are gonna pay so high for that quality better go to the local hammam or hairdresser than being robbed”

“The hammam had a cold temperature and there was other girls in the same space despite the high price you pay, better go to your local hammam than to to this place. When I complained they were dismissive and rude. Won’t be coming back.”
