“I would love to give this place a full 5 stars! The hamam ladies are wonderful, and you can really feel the owner’s care in how she selects her team. Both times I visited, my attendants were kind, calm, and efficient, making the experience truly enjoyable. A few small tweaks could make it even more luxurious: the scrubbing area can be a bit noisy, with chatting and running water, which makes it harder to fully relax. Softer, more serene music and slightly dimmer lighting would create a more calming atmosphere. The post-hamam relaxing area could also benefit from a privacy curtain or subtle screen, allowing guests to rest more comfortably. All the staff are lovely, from the hamam ladies to the locker and massage attendants. One receptionist, with short black hair, is always warm and welcoming, which is so appreciated in a spa designed to make women feel at ease. The other receptionist can sometimes seem a little impatient and dismissive; a gentler approach would make the interaction even better. Overall, a truly delightful spa experience—just a few small adjustments away from perfection. ❤️”
