“We stayed at OCEAN by La Siredrah and overall had a really lovely and relaxing experience. The location is probably the only real downside depending on what you are looking for. It’s not the best if you want nightlife, entertainment, or to be in the middle of the city. However, for exactly that reason, it becomes the perfect place if you want to disconnect from work, social media, and the stress of everyday life. The rooms are very good quality, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and peaceful. The staff were genuinely kind and very friendly throughout the stay. You can really feel that the breakfast and food are prepared with care and love, which makes a big difference. Because it’s a smaller hotel, the experience feels much more personal and relaxing. There is always space near the pool to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the quiet atmosphere. One funny and adorable detail is the hotel cat called Simba, always walking around hoping for extra food 😄 Outside, you also constantly see goats, cows, donkeys, dogs, cats, and other animals, which honestly always gave us a smile and added charm to the place. One thing to know is that it can get very windy there. Apparently we did not come during the ideal season, but despite that, we still really enjoyed our stay. For surfers though, it’s actually a great advantage because the beach is very close and perfect for surfing. Overall, if you are searching for a calm retreat and a peaceful place to recharge, this is a very nice place to stay.”

“My stay at Ocean by Siredrah was a very unique experience, and first of all, I want to start with the staff, Younes and Achraf. They are incredibly rich in hospitality and truly look after their guests with care. They constantly make sure you are comfortable, relaxed, and having a great stay. Their customer service was exceptional and honestly one of the highlights of the experience. The property itself is a very small guesthouse with only six bedrooms. It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you are looking for a relaxed and completely disconnected holiday, then this is the perfect place. The guesthouse is located in a very remote rural area, with no restaurants, supermarkets, or anything nearby at all. It really feels like you are on your own, surrounded mostly by locals and nature. Essaouira is about a 30 minute drive away. A car is absolutely necessary because there are no local buses, taxis, or transportation options available. Further down the coast, you can go surfing. The beach is not particularly beautiful, but again, this place is not about luxury or attractions. It’s for travelers who appreciate simplicity, peace, and quiet surroundings. The breakfast in the morning is not grand or elaborate, but it’s the right amount of food to start your day comfortably. Overall, Ocean by Siredrah is a place for a certain type of traveler, those who enjoy simplicity, tranquility, and disconnecting from busy everyday life.”

“Don't stay here. Horrible value for money, luckily we left after the first night. Rude owner, mold in the rooms, weird staff. Also you will not be given the key from the entrance to the hotel and told to just ring the bell. The receptionist though ignored my ringing and I had to climb over the fence to get to my room. Al that for a price of a luxury hotel. Avoid.”

“We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful place. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every detail is taken care of to make you feel relaxed and welcome. A special mention goes to Younes, who is an excellent host and an amazing professional. Always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience to another level. Everything was a 10/10: the service, the vibes, the comfort, and the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back.”

“Gorgeous little hotel tucked away and close to the surf break. Great service every day with kind and attentive staff. Big breakfast served daily, quaint little rooms, rooftop decks, and a very nice pool for lounging.”
