“Worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Kept awake by noisy guests shouting at midnight. Noise from traffic cars sounding horns all night. Guests moving furniture through the night. Dinner mediocre. Rooms huge but not very clean. Rain shower not working. We actually asked for a quiet room at check in to be told all rooms are quiet! ||We were given a room at check in with a guest in bed who we awoke on entering.||Avoid this hotel. We were allocated this room as part of a tour. I will be requesting a refund.”

“Amazing hotel, the price does not reflect the quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very welcoming. Breakfast is good. Really nothing to say more just a wonderful experience”

“I was a bit worried when I heard that my our had booked this hotel because of the negative review. But this proved to be unfounded.||What we liked:||*From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Shoutout to Melika from housekeeping who went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. |*Our room was quite large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We really like the banquette by the window and the nice view. There was also a nice array of complementary toiletries and big bath towels in the bathroom. If you are plus size, towels that completely wrap around your body are a wonderful thing.|*We had the buffet at the hotel’s restaurant as we were meeting our tour group and it was delicious with something for pretty much every taste.|*We also had the buffet breakfast and the food was |abundant, varied, and tasty. We especially appreciated the made to order omelettes, the msemmen, and the hot milk for our coffee.|*The hotel is conveniently located and there is a small Carrefour supermarket up the street for snacks and other items. The hotel is also very close to the Central Market and restaurants.||What could be improved:|*The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but that’s pretty subjective.”

“This hotel had a very impressive large lounge area with one section for lounging and watching TV. A faily good choice of breakfast. The cost of a double room was very reasonable and spacious. The location was not central to town, l was on the way to visit family/friend who lived in the locality”

“I stayed here with my family, and we honestly had a great experience. The room was large, super cozy, and very clean, with an amazing shower that we all appreciated after long days out in Casablanca. For the price, it was such a good deal. The staff were wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They even recommended a nearby local restaurant, which ended up being one of the best meals we had during our trip. Overall, it was the perfect place for our family stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca!”

“Lady at front desk checking us in was miserable. No customer service skills at all. Our room had broken air conditioner, plugged bathroom sink, broken safe, lights burned out, and mold in bathroom with signs of severe water damage. Also had no refrigerator as advertised. Front desk lady said all the room safes are broken and said she couldn’t move us to a different room. Hours later a young man named Ayoub was working at the front desk. What a difference! Ayoub provided fantastic customer service and honoured our request for a different room with air conditioning, no mold, a working safe, and a working sink drain. He was the only reason we didn’t leave after one night. The next day Ayoub was also working the front desk and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. What a great employee for this hotel. His service was so great that we continued our stay.”
