“Run-down and poorly maintained. Lobby full of flies. Staff have no manners - will leave you hanging while they run off and do something completely unrelated. We only stayed here because our intended hotel messed up our group's booking and had to move us at the last minute. Otherwise I would certainly NOT stay here intentionally.”

“Only the wifi in the room is oke, but everything else is so bad, so old ,broken and even dirty. The bath is for example broken, and not only in 1 room. The rooftop is terrible. Wrong music for the public in the restaurant and so loud, you couldn't talk with eachother in a nice way. The gast went away thanx the music. The the food they served... so tastless, so less choices, so bad. Please Tui, dont sent your customers to this place anymore.”

“In desperate need of renovation. Very old and noisy hotel. The hotel is located near a busy road and you constantly hear the noise of traffic. It’s a nightmare to sleep there. |The rooms are very old fashioned and dirty. |Hairdryer and safe available in the room. |Television isn’t working. WiFi is good. |The bed is okay, the pillows are like stones. |No one of the staff speaks English. Unfriendly staff at the restaurant. |The dinner buffet isn’t up to much and there’s hardly any choice. The breakfast buffet isn’t that great either and you will only find sweet things there.”

“The lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to restaurants and a medina. This hotel is located with transportation nearby. The bathroom is outdated and in need of some repairs and overall better house cleaning. I stayed in 1 room with 2 twin beds.”

“The location of the hotel for me was perfect, it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the local market. It's a 30 minute walk to the famous mosque from the hotel. The room I had was large and comfortable with an amazing bed. However there were unfortunately some downsides too; the walls are very thin (i could hear my neighbors phone conversation), after a shower the room got wet (major condensation on the windows), the window cant open due to safety but this means there's no fresh airflow in the room, the bathroom had a fairly high platform that you could only reach through the bathtub to get to the towels (the combination of wet tub + high platform can be dangerous). The breakfast buffet was good, there was a fairly large amount of foods to choose from. I am a vegetarian and had a great breakfast to start off my day with. Dinner was nothing special. Service was good.”
