He consistently exceeded our expectations and made our stay feel effortless and memorable. The staff is truly an incredible asset to the hotel. I also want to recognize the wonderful butler for the exceptional service and attention to detail. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and professional, making our experience even more enjoyable. “Well located hotel, walking distance to park and waterfront. Everyone on staff was helpful and nice to us. The bagagiste Hicham was kind and helped us call a cab to the airport. The room was spacious and had everything we need. We gave the room 4 stars for a slight moldy smell in one of the restrooms. Overall, we are happy with our stay here.”

“It was a wonderful experience!|The service is neat , all the rooms are clean and the dining lounge is quite nice. The staff are also very friendly and cheerful, especially the security guard Abd el Aziz.|All in all, the hotel deserves a high rating and I'm definitely going back next time.”

“Friendly staff. The hotel did not include city tax in the pricing during booking, we were surprised that we needed to pay for city tax for 20 Dh per person per night and the trip.com team were hands off on this.The location was very great, right in front of the airport bus stop and walking distance to the medina and casa port train station.The room with hasan 2 mosque was great and spacious. The toilet is always clean and daily towel changes happen. However! I don't understand why the room floor and balcony are always dusty. As for the balcony, a lot of bird poop everywhere. The tray for the coffee cup and electric kettle were dusty, and there is not even tea/coffee bag (?) i find it very very weird, the tray is also dusty. We also never got the complimentary water bottle provided in the room.At least the bed was comfortable and toilet is clean.”

“This is one of the best places we stayed in Morocco. Amazing breakfast and dinner kept our group of 15 well fed and full of energy for our days. Bouchra kept our rooms clean with clean bedding every night and bathrooms spotless. The students in our group were able to hangout in a meeting rooms for hours and we had a blast! I could not recommend this hotel enough! 5/5 stars!”

“Fantastic location in the city center, a short walk to the tram and Casa Voyageurs. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and felt safe, all under $100. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the whole time. The staff made the stay: Abid handled our room service perfectly and was always kind. Adil helped arrange breakfast, which I appreciated. Fatiha kept everything fresh, and Chaimaa, Yassin, and Hicham were welcoming and incredibly helpful. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price clean, cozy, great Wi-Fi, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay again.”
