“This was our first time staying here, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. While the location was easy to find, the overall treatment felt off. When we entered the room, the bed and mirror were stained, which was very concerning. Considering the price we paid, cleanliness should be a basic standard. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again, as there are better and cleaner options available for the same price.”
“We booked through Hotels.com which had given this hotel a 8.3/10. I’m not sure how it had a rating above 6. Priced right and figured it would work for a single night layover in Casablanca.||This felt like a bait and switch.||The photos of the hotel were of all the good parts. The lobby and hallways were decent but the rooms were dingy, rundown, had peeling paint, and I definitely did not want to shower in my room.||The photos online were of a great buffet of rice and chicken, however breakfast was cheese, cold cuts, bread, and hard boiled eggs.||On a side note, the staff were great, polite, and are no reflection of my rating. The location was in a good spot in the city but we had yelling outside our room until 2am.”
“After traveling from Egypt, we joined Intrepid Tours. Unfortunately they housed us in this hotel. Very old and musky smelling on entering. Room was spacious enough with comfortable bed. No toiletries but only soap. One towel and no floor mats or hand towels for 2 people. Fridge was cold enough ! Terrible part of town and my wife didn’t feel safe. Breakfast is terrible, go elsewhere |We actually looked to book somewhere else but were here with Intrepid Tours and it was too late”
“Not trying to be mean but this is a bad hotel. Bad smells, no working refrigerator, no trash can, broken shower, and horrendous food. Clean room and semi-comfortable beds are the only good things. Probably shouldn’t go here. WiFi was ok, but nothing supplied in the bathroom like soap and the phone was broken. There was a terrace but no door, we had to go through the window.”
“I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.”
“The lobby and the dining room are nicely Decorated and feel authentic. Our room was quite bad though with a fair amount of mold in the Bathroom (A fan with Humidity sensor might help) and the noise from the street is louuuuud (A double window or double paned Glass might partially fix that). Breakfast was decent for this country. Budgetfriendly, but not very good.”
