“The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The room is spacious and beautiful. Its location is good and close to many tourist attractions also. I will rebook it again once I have chance to back to Casablanca”

“Old and not well kept. The front desk staff are nice. Yup should know that you only get 2 Bath towels, no hand towels or floor mat. It took me three days and a visit to housekeeping to get one. Rooms are ok with no chair. Breakfast is a joke by NA standards but may be the norm in Morocco. Ok value for the money.”

“I don’t usually give negative reviews! I have stayed in approx 200 hotels in 3 different continents in the past 24 months, I can say this hotel is lacking! Electricity in room kept going off because of breaker in circuit box. Only one towel was provided, sheets were too small for bed revealing dirty liner underneath. Only one light worked in room, heater/AC did not work, shower water would fluctuate between hot and cold. Breakfast was stale and cold. Had stayed the 3 previous nights at another hotel rated the same and at a slightly higher price range. That stay had been great! This hotel is not up to local standards.”

Air conditioner not working, water not good, including holes everywhere dirty, location is not good, i dont know have they had 4 stars… We told all the problems to the reception but always they say ok and never help. I changed the hotel half of the my vacation. If it s possible 0 star.”

“The rooms are disgusting, dead bugs were on the floor. Also rooms are really dirty, air conditioner was broken. We can not eat foods especially breakfast. We ask for change the room, new room smells cigarretes. And then we turned back to other room which has the broken conditioner.”
