“To avoid at any cost !! We were 2 persons and they gave us one towel only and it was super dirty , when we reported this they said it wont be possible to get new ones before 2 days! The guy that serves the breakfast was the rudest person AND the breakfast was full of INSECTS !!! The receptionist guy is very rude and not welcoming, the woman was friendly! I would never come again at any cost!”

“Its not the Four Seasons but it definitely great value, clean and easy walking distance to the Mosque, medina and Casa Port station. I had a few passport issues and the owner was an amazing help. When I come back to Casa this will be my first port of call.”

“An excellent room, a firm bed, convenient check out time. For my purposes, it is close to where I need to be. I will stay here again.”

“It seems there were only three guests in the hotel,including myself. The building is old. Definitely ratio "price/quality" is very law. One positive point is location (far from Mosques, spreading loud sounds in morning). This is quiet place and you can sleep very well. Do not forget to take electrical adapter,because the electrical sockets (plugs) are "receptacles french style Type E ". It was very uncomfortable. Management must do renovation ASAP.I am not a person,who is looking for deficiencies,but even myself could not close eyes on peeled paint in the bathroom. The price of the room should be not more than 20% of current. In this case proverb "You get what you pay" does not work.”

“This is a good hotel and the employees are very professional and very helpful . One concern is had a family member visited me to the hotel and was told that he was not allowed to go to my room even for 5mn and ask if he can leave ID was told no . I ask them so if my dad or my son or my brother cannot go to my room was told policy is policy ( does not make sense )”

“A very good experience. My stay in this hotel was good. It is in a nice location, very safe that is guarded by the police at night. Very central so you can experience what the city has to offer at day and night. Very clean room, respected and friendly staff. I would recomend everyone wanting to stay in Casablanca here, because of the location, the service and the experience. Rating:10/10”
